the Red Cups
So I've been pretty bad at updating on what is happening here in America. But I have done many of the things on my to do lists including DRINKING BEER OUT OF RED PLASTIC CUPS like they do in American films. Look at me go:

Fluff and Junior-mints
I tried Marshmallow-fluff and junior mints, two american brands of sweets (actually, according to US standards, fluff might pass as food). Marshmallow fluff is marshmallow in a paste-like consistency from a jar. I don't know what it's for, maybe something you can put on toast? I just had a spoonful straight from the jar. I was more fascinated by the concept of changing the consistency of marshmallows than impressed by the taste. The Junior Mints however, were delicious! They are soft mints covered in chocolate. You might remember them from the episode of Seinfeld in which Kramer drops a junior mint into someones abdomen during a surgery.
Shopping in Walmart
Today, was the big day: we finally got to go to Walmart!"This is like Tesco's on Steroids", said Kristine, pushing her trolley towards some shiny, pink stuff
I got my Marshmallow fluff and Junior Mints and a "comforter" something resembling a duvet in Walmart. So now, I don't have to sleep like this anymore:

Breakfast in McDonald's
Just another normal day...
We start off with breakfast in McDonalds. Kristine is having her pancakes sideways, because she likes them that way. And because our motel is just across the street, I can go there in my pyjama and bathrobe.
